Super Simple Dinner Party Recipes for an Amazing Three-Course Meal

To prepare and enjoy food with the ones you love is such a pleasure. But for some of us who aren’t exactly gifted in the kitchen, there are loads of easy recipes out there that you simply cannot get wrong.

Starter

If you’re keen on serving a little something as a starter, you can’t deny the sheer deliciousness of a great bruschetta. And, they only take a mere 15 minutes to prepare!

An Easy Bruschetta Recipe

Source the best Roma tomatoes you can find and leave them at room temperature.

Chop the tomatoes and let them sit in their juice, season with salt and pepper.

Get a fresh baguette and cut it into slices.

Place it under the broiler to toast for 10 minutes.

Once toasted, add olive oil to the chopped tomatoes, as well as some fresh basil, and pour onto each bread slice.

Main Meal

One way to surely hide your insecurities in the kitchen…is to involve your family and friends to join in on the cooking! And by doing so, you’re bound to have a few laughs (and perhaps a few glasses of wine, too).

So why not opt for a DIY pizza night? And this salami, jalapeño and olive pizza is to-die-for!

DIY Salami, Jalapeño & Olive Pizza

Pre-heat the oven to 280 degrees Celsius for around 20 minutes.

Prepare rolled out pizza dough as your base (or if you want to make life even easier, simply buy pre-made pizza bases).

Get a pre-made pizza tomato sauce and lather the base.

Sprinkle your mozzarella cheese over the base until your heart is content.

Slice your salami, a red onion and jalapeños finely and add to your base.

Then, add your non-pitted olives.

Lastly, place your pizza in the middle position in the oven, and let it bake for 15 – 20 minutes (keep an eye on it!).

Dessert

Forget baking and tons of preparation when it comes to dessert, because Nutella Pops are the easiest and tastiest way to end off a super fun evening of great food with friends!

Nutella Pops

Grab a medium-sized bowl and whisk one cup of whipped cream, half a cup of milk and a quarter cup of Nutella.

Pour the mixture into a disposable paper cup and add tin foil to cover it up.

Create a small slit in the tin foil and add in a wooden popsicle stick in each cup.

Freeze for about three hours.

And there you have it! A starter, main, and a dessert that’ll definitely warrant a few ooh’s and aah’s from the ones you love!
